Unmatched Expertise

JPS has unmatched experience providing PEO services in Japan. Our management team has been assisting foreign companies in Japan since 1993. Our clients have ranged from listed Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley start-ups.

We Manage Risk

Unlike other Japan PEO providers, our professional background allows us to manage the tax risk associated with traditional PEO services – especially permanent establishment (“PE”) risk that is becoming an increasing focus of tax authorities.

Our Company

JPS is a member of the Accounting Asia Group, a leader in providing employment and business solutions to foreign companies doing business in Asia.

Tracing its roots back to 2003, JPS’s team of Japanese and foreign professionals has assisted hundreds of foreign clients to establish and run their businesses in Japan. Our management is drawn from the Big 4 and has extensive experience responding to the requirements of clients ranging in size from listed multinationals to start-ups.

Our aim is to provide clients with one-stop assistance in Japan and JPS recognizes the needs of our clients may evolve over time. Our expertise includes:

  • Professional Employer Organization (“PEO”) solutions

  • Japan Work visas

  • Japan Payroll / HR

  • Incorporations

  • Tax Advisory & Compliance

  • Japan Nominee Directors

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping

  • Bank account management / expense payment

In addition to the convenience of dealing with a single service provider, JPS ensures that its services are handled in a coordinated manner. For example, Japan work visas may be dependent on having a properly incorporated company and an appropriate tax structure, etc.

In addition to working directly with clients, JPS is also able to assist foreign law firms and accounting firms whose clients require assistance in Japan.
